The Todd and Cue claims app will help our clients utilise their smartphone technology, as soon as a claim occurs.

If you’ve had an incident relating to your motoring, property or liability policies and need to make a claim, then log onto our app! Find all the information you need to do so on the app, while also getting everything sorted as quickly as possible.
The first step once you’ve downloaded the app is to add your policies. You can do this by tapping on the ‘Add a Policy’ icon, then just fill out all the required information in order to add a motor, property or liability policy. This process should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete!
Simply log in to the app using Touch ID or fingerprint recognition, in order to make a claim. The app has special features to guide you through any claim process.
You can view all of your policies all in one place while having the option to renew them through the app.
Microphone and camera features – Giving you the option to speak into the phone instead of typing, making it easier to record lots of information at a time. As well as, being able to take relevant photography at the scene of the incident to support your claim.
Accurate GPS coordinates – Once you start a claim process the app will note down your location so that accurate information is stored.
Guidance through your claim – Our app will always let you know what information you need to provide and give you help and guidance through each claim.
